Members of ACFW, The Woodlands chapter are eligible for a 15% discount off registration fees; this discount does not apply to fees in the schedule below, including: paid critiques or vendor tables. The discount is for the chapter members only and does not apply to Adult Guests or Student attendees.

#1 - Student registrants must be  13 - 17 years of age and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian registered as an Adult Guest; no unaccompanied minors may attend.
#2 - Adult Guests are spouses, conference guests (such as drivers), and parents. No children under 13 years of age except nursing infants. Adult Guests are not eligible for breakout sessions, paid critiques, agent appointments, or mentoring. Adult Guest registration includes general sessions, snack breaks, and Saturday lunch.
#3 - The Vendor option is for vendors and agents/editors/publishers who intend to remain in the vendor room or take appointments. Includes general sessions, snack breaks, and Saturday lunch. It does not include the Friday Workshop, class sessions, or agent/editor appointments. Not eligible to sign up for paid critiques. There are a limited number of Vendor registrations available. A Space is included in the fee. See #6 below.
#4 - Conference attendees are eligible for agent appointments, mentoring appointments, and paid critiques, as available. One mentoring appointment or paid critique per attendee. 
Submissions for paid critiques are limited to five, double-spaced pages. A limited number of critiques are available, and no critiques will be scheduled after August 31.  It is the author's responsibility to submit work by the  August 31 deadline.  Non-refundable payment.
#5 - Professionals taking appointments, mentoring, or providing feedback on critiques will be seated in a separate area.
#6 - Spaces are intended for authors wishing to sell their products and/or services. When the spaces are sold out, none will be added. A 6' table and two chairs are available for each reserved space. Electrical connections may not be available; come prepared to do without.


Cancellation Policy


The following refund policy will apply:
  • Full refund (except paid critiques) through August 15, less a 10% processing fee.
  • August 16 - September 30 (except paid critiques), 50% refund.
  • All fees are non-refundable after September 30. If you transfer your registration to a third party, you MUST inform the conference registrar. Financial reimbursement is between you and the third party. No refunds after September 30.
